- The promotion is not valid on the ‘Shine dress’
- The promotion does not apply to gift cards
- The discount is always applied to the cheapest item
Exchange and returns
What if you want to return one or more items? No worries! You can only return your online order online, and purchased items in the store can only be returned at one of our physical stores. Please note: if you placed an order during a promotion, in most cases the promotional terms will no longer apply when exchanging or returning items.
Exchange item
Did you buy something during a promotional period that doesn't fit? Then you can exchange it for the same item in a different size. The promotional price will still apply in this case.
However, if you want to exchange for another item, any discount you may have had will be forfeited.
Return item
Did you purchase something during a promotional period that you would like to return? You have used the promotion “ "2nd item 50% discount", then the discount will be void if you return an item. Fashiontiger reserves the right to retain the full amount for the item that is kept.
So, when returning, the promotion is voided and you pay the original price of the items.

Exchange and returns during the promotional period
Would you like to exchange or return something? No problem! But please note: the promotional terms usually expire upon exchange or return.
Return online order:
Did you buy something online? Then you can only return your order through the webshop.
Purchased in the store?
Items purchased in the store can only be returned in a Fashiontiger store .
JYou can return your items up to 14 days after the date of receipt, in original stands.
Exchange item
Have you bought something during the promotion that doesn't fit? You can exchange it for the same item in a different size. In this case, the promotional price remains valid.
Do you want to exchange the item for another item? Then the discount will be void. You will then pay the original price of the items.
Return item
Do you want to return an item you purchased during the promotion? Please note: if you used the "2nd item 50% off" promotion and you return one of the items, the discount will be voided.
For example:
If you return one item, you will pay the original price for the item you keep. Fashiontiger will adjust the prices accordingly.

Items to return:
You may return your order up to 14 days after the date of receipt. This is allowed as long as the item and packaging are returned in their original condition. You can register one or more items for return via our return portal. To register the return and create a shipping label, clickhere.
We will refund the purchase amount of the returned items to your account within 11 working days after receipt!
Exchanging items for a different size:
Is the size you ordered not quite right and would you prefer to receive a size smaller or larger? You can easily exchange an item for a different size in our returns portal.
You can exchange an item up to 14 days after the date of receipt, as long as the item and packaging are returned in their original condition. To register your exchange return and create a shipping label, clickhere.
In the return portal, you can select a different size yourself (provided it is in stock with us or can still be ordered). You send the item back to us and we will send you the desired size! In this case, the return costs are for the customer, we will cover the shipping costs.
Return costs:
The return costs are at your own expense.
Defective or wrong item received:
Even though our tigers in the warehouse do their absolute best, a packing mistake can always happen. Or did you accidentally receive an item that is defective? Contact us! We will make sure it is resolved as quickly as possible. You can reach us at: klantenservice@fashiontiger.nl.
Return and/or exchange conditions:
Returns are accepted provided they are in their original condition, free from (smoke) odors, and unworn. Fashiontiger reserves the right to refuse returns at any time. The return will be refused if it does not meet the conditions.
- If the product has been worn or damaged, we cannot accept its return.
- Once labels have been removed, we cannot accept the product back.
- Bikinis can only be returned if they have been tried on with underwear underneath due to hygiene reasons.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
