How does shipping work at Fashiontiger?
When will I receive my package?
If you order your favorite items before 23:00, your order will be packed and shipped the very same day.
Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on orders over €100 within the Netherlands. Below €100, you pay €4.99 in shipping costs. For customers in Belgium, shipping is free from €125. Below this amount, you pay €7.99 in shipping costs.
Shipping costs for other countries are calculated automatically in your shopping cart.
Festive and special days
During special days, it may take a little longer for you to receive your package. You can always track your package with the track & trace code
Pre-orders
Did you order a pre-order item? Then it will take longer before your order is shipped. Your entire order will be shipped on the stated date.
Exchanges and returns
Would you like to return something? Arrange your return easily online or bring it back free of charge to one of our stores.
1. Create label
Within 14 days of receiving your package, you can request a return for the products you want to send back or exchange.
2. Pack your items
Place the items you want to return in the original packaging or your own shipping box and attach the return label.
3. Send
Take your return parcel to the nearest parcel point of the selected carrier as soon as possible and hand it in.
4. Refund
As soon as your return has arrived with us, it will be processed as quickly as possible. We will send you new items or issue you a refund.

During holidays, special occasions, or exceptional situations, it may take a little longer for your package to arrive. No worries, you can always track your package with the track & trace code we send you. That way, you know exactly when to expect it!

The Netherlands
We offer free shipping on orders over €100! If the order amount is less than €100, shipping costs will be charged. For shipments within the Netherlands, the shipping costs are €4,99.
Belgium
We offer free shipping on orders over €125! If the order amount is less than €125, shipping costs will be charged. For shipments to Belgium, the shipping costs are €7,99.
Worldwide
We ship your favorite items worldwide! Different rates apply for international shipments, which vary by country. For all European countries, the shipping costs are €9.99, with the exception of:
- Belgium: €7,99
- Finland: €19,99
For shipments outside Europe, you can find the shipping rates in your shopping cart. Enter your address details and the shipping costs will be calculated automatically.

Returns
You may return your items up to 14 days after the delivery date, as long as the item and packaging are returned in their original condition. You can register one or more items for return via our return portal. To register your return and create a shipping label, click here.
Exchanges
Is the size you ordered not quite right and would you prefer a smaller or larger size? You can easily exchange your item for a different size via our return portal.
You can exchange an item up to 14 days after the delivery date, as long as the item and packaging are returned in their original condition. To register your exchange and create a shipping label, click here.
In the return portal, you can select a different size yourself (provided it is in stock or can still be ordered). You send the item back to us, and we will send you the desired size!
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, but we cover the shipping costs!

Returns in store (free)
You may return your items free of charge to one of our stores up to 14 days after the date of receipt. Just make sure the item is in its original condition.
Simply bring your order into the store and we will process your return right away. You pay absolutely nothing for this.
Exchanges in store
Is the size not quite right after all? Or would you like to exchange one of your ordered items for something else you saw in the store?
Feel free to stop by! You can exchange your item free of charge for:
- a different size (if it is in stock), or
- another item you like.
The same applies to exchanges: up to 14 days after the date of receipt and only if the item is in its original condition.
Our Tigers will be happy to help you find the right size right away or look together with you for an item that suits you perfectly.
Refund

The purchase amount of the returned items will be refunded to your account within 11 working days of receipt.
Klarna
Did you choose Klarna? Then the invoice will be automatically adjusted in Klarna.
Store credit
When creating the return label, you can choose a refund in store credit. This is a gift card worth the return amount + €5 extra shopping money, instead of a regular refund. You will receive the gift card by email as soon as your return has been processed correctly. The gift card is valid indefinitely!

Even though our Tigers in the warehouse do their very best, a small packing mistake can always happen. Did you accidentally receive an incorrect or defective item? If so, please contact us!

Exchange/return conditions
Returns are accepted, provided they are in original condition, free from (smoke) odors, and unworn. Fashiontiger reserves the right at all times to refuse returns. A return will be refused if it does not meet the conditions:
- Worn or damaged products cannot be accepted back.
- Products with the labels removed cannot be returned.
- Bikinis can only be returned if they have been tried on over underwear due to hygiene reasons.
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
