You may return your items up to 14 days after the date of receipt, as long as the item and packaging are in their original condition.

You can register your return via our return portal, or bring your package back free of charge to one of our Fashiontiger stores.

Is the size you ordered not quite right and would you prefer to receive a size smaller or larger? You can easily exchange an item for a different size in our return portal. You can exchange an item up to 14 days after the date of receipt, as long as the item and packaging are returned in their original condition.

To register your exchange return and create a shipping label, you can select a different size yourself in the return portal (provided it is in stock with us or can still be ordered). You send the item back to us and we will send you the desired size!

In this case, the return costs are for the customer, we will cover the shipping costs.

Did you accidentally receive an item that is defective? That's unfortunate! Contact us! Our Tigers will make sure it gets resolved as quickly as possible.

The way you receive your refund depends on the payment method. Once we have processed your return, we will refund your money to your bank account. Depending on your bank, it may take 1 - 4 days before it appears in your account.

Credit card: As soon as we have received and processed your return, the amount will be refunded to your credit card. Depending on your credit card company, this amount will either be automatically transferred back to your bank account or remain on your credit card. Do you have a credit card that refunds the money? Then this often happens on a fixed day of the month.

After you have placed an order, an automatic process begins in which your package is prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Because your package is already too far along in the shipping process, it is not possible to change or cancel it. If you wish to receive a different item, we recommend placing a new order. Or you can contact our customer service immediately.

You can use our gift cards both online and in stores.

If you order the gift card online, you will receive a digital gift card via email (or you can have it sent directly to someone else). You can show this on your phone or bring a printed copy to the store, or simply redeem it online.

Prefer a physical gift card? You can buy one in one of our stores. This can also be used both online and in-store.

If you order your favorite items before 23:59, your order will be packed and shipped the same day.

During holidays, other occasions, or exceptional situations, it may take a little longer for you to receive your package. No worries, you can always track your package with the track & trace code we send you. This way, you know exactly when to expect it!

If you have ordered a pre-order item, it will take longer before your order is shipped. On the indicated date, your entire order will be dispatched.

Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to reserve items. Therefore, it may happen that an item disappears from your shopping cart because someone else ordered it first.

It is possible to return our Sale items, provided they are unworn and the tag is still attached. Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 1 to 4 business days.

Yes, that is completely free! Just bring your items to the store. We will process the return for you immediately, or exchange the item for the right size or another item you like.

Yes, you can! You may return multiple orders together in one package. This way, you only pay return shipping once.

Write the order numbers on a note and put it in the box. This way we know exactly which orders it concerns and can process your return quickly!
