How can I return items?
You may return your items up to 14 days after the delivery date, as long as the item and packaging are in their original condition.
You can register your return via our returns portal, or return your package free of charge at one of our stores.

Is the size you ordered not quite right and would you prefer to receive one size smaller or larger? You can easily exchange an item for a different size in our returns portal. You can exchange an item up to 14 days after the delivery date, as long as the item and the packaging are returned in their original condition.
To register your exchange return and create a shipping label, you can select a different size yourself in the returns portal (provided it is in stock with us or can still be ordered). You send the item back to us and we will send you the desired size!
In this case, the return costs are for the customer; we cover the shipping costs.

Did you accidentally receive an item that is defective? How annoying! Please contact us! Our Fashiontiger team will make sure it is resolved as quickly as possible.

How does a refund work?
How does a refund work?
The way you receive your refund depends on the payment method. As soon as we have processed your return, we will refund the money to your bank account. Depending on your bank, it may take 1 - 4 days for it to appear in your account.
Credit card: As soon as we have received and processed your return, the amount will be refunded to your credit card. Depending on your credit card provider, this amount will either be automatically refunded to your bank account or remain on your credit card. Do you have a credit card that refunds the money? If so, this often happens on a fixed day of the month.

After you have placed an order, an automatic process begins in which your package is prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Because your package is already too far along in the shipping process, it is not possible to change or cancel it. If you would still like to receive another item, we recommend placing a new order. Or contacting our customer service right away.

You can use our gift cards both online and in our stores.
If you order the gift card online, you will receive a digital gift card by email (or have it sent directly to someone else). You can show it on your phone or bring a printed copy to the store, or simply redeem it online.
Would you prefer a physical gift card? You can buy one in one of our stores. This can also be used both online and in-store.
*Gift cards are valid for 2 years after receipt.

If you order your favorite items before 23:00, your order will be packed and shipped the same day.
During holidays, other occasions, or exceptional situations, it may take a little longer before you receive your package. No worries, you can always track your package with the track & trace code we send you. That way, you know exactly when to expect it!
If you have ordered a pre-order item, it will take longer before your order is shipped. On the stated date, your entire order will then be sent out.

We recommend checking which size the model is wearing and using that as a guide for your choice. If an item fits differently than usual, this will be indicated in the description. Still unsure? Then contact our customer service.

Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to reserve items. This means that an item may disappear from your shopping cart because someone else ordered it first.

It is possible to return our Sale items, provided they are unworn and the tag is still attached. Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 1 to 4 business days.

Return costs are at your own expense. You will see the exact amount when registering your return in the returns portal. This varies by carrier.

Yes, you can do that completely free of charge! Just bring your items to the store. We'll process the return for you right away, or exchange the item for the correct size or another item you like.

Yes, you can! You may return multiple orders together in one package. This way, you only pay return shipping costs once.
Write the order numbers on a note and place it in the box. That way, we know exactly which orders are involved and can process your return quickly!
