Order and shipping

When will I receive my package?

Ordered today = shipped today.

Ordered before 22:30 on working days, shipped today* We do our best to keep this promise, but it can sometimes happen that it takes a little longer.

*Excluding pre-orders.

What does a pre-order entail?

If an item has 'pre-order' in the description, it means that this item will not be shipped immediately after it has been ordered, but it may take longer. This is often because the stock of this product has not yet reached us.

Exchange and Return

You can return an item to us up to 14 days after the date of receipt. Click below to create your return label. Attention! Return costs are for the customer.

Can I return my items?

Is the product you ordered not quite what you had in mind? Unfortunately, but that can happen. You can return an item to us up to 14 days after the date of receipt, as long as the item and packaging are returned in their original condition.

We will refund the purchase amount of the returned items to your account within 11 working days after arrival.

NOTE!

Rreturns are accepted provided they are in original undamaged condition, free of (smoke) odors and unworn. Fashiontiger reserves the right to refuse returns at all times. The costs of return are for the sender.

- If the product has been worn or damaged, we cannot take it back.

- As soon as labels have been removed, we cannot take the product back.

- Bikinis can only be returned if they have been tried on with underwear underneath for reasons of hygiene!

Can I exchange my item?

You can exchange an item with us up to 14 days after the date of receipt, as long as the item and packaging are returned in their original condition.

You can select a different size in the return portal (provided it is in stock or can still be ordered).

The item I ordered is broken, what now?

It is annoying that your received item is broken, this is of course not the intention.

Report the broken product by emailing us at customerservice@fashiontiger.nl and state your name, your order number and the product.

After you have registered the product, we will ensure that you receive a new item (provided it is in stock with us or can still be ordered).
